Job summary

Boynton Beach Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations, oversee resident care, and serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident health, coordinating family communications, and addressing concerns promptly. Eligible candidates hold an ASN/Practical Nursing Diploma with an active RN/LPN license and at least 1 year of geriatric nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma.
• RN or LPN Licensure in state of practice required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience; Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as main point of contact between residents and families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
