Job summary

Fountain Inn Post Acute in Fountain Inn, SC seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to lead a resident care unit and oversee daily clinical operations. You will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff, monitor resident conditions, and ensure timely follow-up on changes while promoting compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted South Carolina RN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must maintain licensure in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
