Job summary

Greenville Post Acute in Greenville, SC seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership for a resident care unit. This role coordinates resident care, supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes excellent resident outcomes through effective teamwork.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor CNAs and LPNs, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with physicians, families, and other departments to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Knowledge of resident care planning and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the resident care unit.
