Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted South Carolina RN license.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned unit.
  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff.
  • Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up on changes.
  • Conduct rounds and address resident, family, and staff concerns.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
  • Support survey readiness and quality improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and department leaders to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Position Summary
