Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. This full-time role collaborates with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate daily operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Leadership or management experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing daily operations of the nursing department.
• Oversee clinical care delivery within the assigned unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely interventions.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff regarding care concerns.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
