Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, SC. We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager (LPN) to provide clinical leadership for an assigned resident care unit and oversee daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current SC LPN license, unrestricted.
• Current CPR certification.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned unit.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up on changes.
• Conduct rounds and address resident, family, and staff concerns.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary conferences.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and department leaders to achieve positive resident outcomes.
