Job summary

Fountain Inn Post Acute in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and supervise CNAs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

The role requires an active SC RN license, CPR certification, and commitment to ongoing education. Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff as needed
• Participate in care planning meetings and assessments
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
