The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced construction, union, or field payroll environmentand some exposure to union contracts and multi-state payroll. If you enjoy supporting craft employees, solving payroll challenges, and working in a fast-paced construction environment, you'll be part of a collaborative team where accuracy, service, and continuous improvement matter.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $29 - $37 (negotiable) hourly. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• An associate's degree, preferably in a accounting or finance, is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Two or more years of payroll processing experience required preferably in a union payroll or construction general contractor setting.
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced team environment.
• High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a confidential setting.
• Previous administrative office support a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft O365 required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
