The position emphasizes knowledge of CBAs, HR policy interpretation and ability to handle large transaction volumes within established procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Workday HRMS.
• 1+ year working with Labor relations or in a unionized environment.
• 1+ year of guidance on HR policies in unionized environments including CBAs interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and responds to basic and moderately complex HR data requests using ServiceNow, Workday, and PeopleSoft Payroll.
• Collaborates with Labor Relations, Union Representatives, Payroll, Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent CBA interpretation.
• Interacts with customers via electronic, written or verbal communication to respond to HR data inquiries.
• Applies Workday processes, business acumen and critical thinking to daily tasks.
• Explains HR processes and policies to customers.
