Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, seeks a Senior HRIT Analyst to optimize HR technology platforms, mainly Workday. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and implement system enhancements for efficient HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IS/Business/CS or related discipline.
• Typically 3–6 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, HRIT, or related field.
• Experience configuring or supporting Workday functionality preferred.
• Experience with reporting, security, integrations, or release management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR systems including configuration, security, data maintenance, reporting, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and security of HR data within Workday and related apps.
• Research, analyze, and resolve system issues and data discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Assist with system configuration, business process updates, workflow enhancements, and testing.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR operations and audits.
