Prisma Health is seeking a skilled Senior Unified Communications/Network Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot UC and legacy PBX systems at the Tuomey facility. This role supports network engineers on projects, performs changes, and participates in after-hours cutover activities to ensure uninterrupted services.

The position requires an Associate degree and at least five years of related experience, with Network+ certification preferred.

Formación

• Associate degree required; five years of related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Unified Communications and legacy PBX environments is essential.
• Preferred Network+ certification or equivalent networking credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoots UC, contact center, and related network systems within SLAs.
• Performs moves, adds, and changes; supports projects and upgrades.
• Acts in On-Call rotation and provides after-hours cutover support.
• Documents UC configurations and maintains monitoring tools.
