Job summary

Omni Technology Group LLC in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a United Communications Tier 1 Tech with an active TS/SCI clearance to support global UC services. The role focuses on VTC, IM, VoIP, analog phone services, and video streaming within a 24x7 NOC environment.

The candidate will work with CUCM, MCU, TMS, Cisco Jabber, and Vbrick, providing installation, troubleshooting, and domain-specific training to junior staff while ensuring security and compliance across networks.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with the ability to gain and maintain a CI Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience.
• DoD 8570 compliance or Information Assurance certification prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and advanced support for Unified Communications (VTC/IM/VoIP) across networks.
• Troubleshoot UC endpoints, bandwidth, and configurations in a 24x7 NOC environment.
• Assist in training and developing local guides, SOPs, and ROE for UC operations.
