Job summary

The Bison Group is seeking a UC&C Operations Technician to maintain and support Cisco UC architectures, VTC, VoIP, and collaboration tools for global customers. The role requires handling IM platforms (Jabber, Webex, Microsoft Teams), VTC management, and related training.

You will work with CUCM, CMS, TMS, CUBE/VCS, and Vbrick Rev in a dynamic team environment. Ideal candidates have a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, IAT II cert, and CCNA, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with CI poly prior to start.
• IAT II certification (mandatory).
• CCNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge of VoIP/PBX telephony systems, software, hardware, and Cisco UCManager.
• Provide technical knowledge of IM systems like Cisco Jabber, Webex or Microsoft Teams and Presence Services.
• Work with Audio/Video Streaming including Vbrick Rev and IMC.
• Support VTC equipment such as TMS, CODEC, MCU and CMS.
• Train lower skill level staff and support engineering on projects.
• Utilize network topology and related hardware/software tools to support UC environments.
• Schedule, monitor, and provide administrative support for VTC services.
• Perform IOS and software upgrades and manage security/compliance.
