Job summary

CACI International seeks a Unified Communications Administrator to provide maintenance and advanced support for UC&C services globally. The role covers VTC, VoIP, IM, presence, and PBX support within the enterprise, with hands-on work on CUCM, CMS, TMS, and related systems.

The team operates on a 10-hour shift: Wed-Sat 14:00-00:00 (UC Tier 2). The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in unified communications, IAT II certification, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with unified communications.
• IAT Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge of VoIP/PBX systems.
• Support UC&C services including VTC, IM, presence.
• Manage Cisco CUCM, CMS, TMS, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot UC&C issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Assist in training and SOP development for UC environment.
• Patch systems and ensure network security compliance.
