Job summary

Black Box in Philadelphia is seeking a UC technician to install and program unified communications solutions across Premise, Hosted, and Cloud environments. You will handle day-to-day site work, troubleshooting, and system testing at client locations.

Responsibilities include completing MACs, coordinating with North American teams, and ensuring service levels and documentation are maintained for billing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Unified Communications (UC) systems.
• Strong customer/client service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints and electrical documents.

Responsibilities

• Install and program UC platforms including Chat, Presence, Voice, Mobility, Audio, Web, Video, and Email.
• Troubleshoot UC systems across Premise, Hosted and Cloud environments.
• Complete work orders for MACs and deletions; maintain documentation for time reporting and billing.
