Job summary

The role provides expert Tier 1 support, requires gathering information from internal customers, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating enterprise-wide to maintain effective communications tools. Travel to service locations is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or two years' experience related to communication technology.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Works with various departments on daily assignments, training needs, and maintenance requirements for technology platforms.
• Provide expert Tier 1 support for unified communication technologies.
• Interact with internal customers to gather information and troubleshoot issues.
• Engage enterprise-wide to support and maintain UC solutions for effective communications.
• Interact with the business to advise on appropriate usage of UC technologies.
• Must be able to drive to locations requesting services and support.
