Innova Solutions is seeking a Unified Communications Manager in New York, onsite, for a contract-to-hire engagement. The role requires hands-on expertise in Routers, switches, VOIP, RightFax, and Cisco UC technologies.

You will manage design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of data/VoIP networks and related telecommunication equipment. The ideal candidate will lead network projects, coordinate with telecom vendors, and ensure reliable UC services.

Qualifications

• Experience with data/VoIP networks architecture, design, implementation and administration.
• Hands-on experience with RightFax enterprise architecture.
• Experience with mobile carrier systems and telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve incidents involving RightFax, mobile devices, Cisco VOIP, and PBX components.
• Lead and integrate network technologies including Cisco and third-party solutions.
• Oversee DAS technology at client locations and perform Cisco system configurations.
