Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology.
• 3–5 years of enterprise IT or unified communications experience.
• 2+ years administering Microsoft Teams Phone or enterprise voice platforms.
• Experience with Teams, Teams Phone, Operator Connect, RingCentral Fax, conferencing platforms.
• Experience with SIP, PSTN, dial plans, call queues, and voice routing.
• Experience with conference room tech and AV systems.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and support standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Teams Phone and Teams Voice environments.
• Manage Operator Connect providers, PSTN connectivity, numbers, and carrier relations.
• Configure and maintain auto attendants, call queues, routing, and voice policies.
• Administer RingCentral Fax services and integrations.
• Troubleshoot voice quality, routing, dial plans, and telephony issues.
• Coordinate number provisioning, porting, and lifecycle activities.
• Support and optimize communication workflows for clinical and corporate teams.
• Design call flows and workflow improvements based on requirements.
• Administer conference room and meeting space technologies.
• Support AV systems, displays, cameras, mics, and wireless solutions.
• Partner with offices and vendors on builds, relocations, and deployments.
• Participate in site planning and technology design for offices and clinics.
• Develop standards for rooms and collaboration spaces.
• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for voice and collaboration platforms.
