Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of IT Telephony or Unified Communications experience.
• Healthcare IT experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads Unified Communications team; mentors engineers and technicians.
• Oversees telephony systems maintenance, including PBX and Teams Dialing.
• Manages budget, procurement, and cost optimization.
• Develops vendor relationships; negotiates contracts and SLAs.
• Defines KPIs and prepares regular senior management reports.
