Job summary

VERSANT Media seeks a Workplace Engineering Manager, Unified Communications (UComm), to own the engineering and architecture of the enterprise communications ecosystem, including Slack, Zoom, Cisco-based VoIP, and Zoom Phone integrations.

You will lead an offshore VoIP team and collaborate with onshore A/V, workplace experience, and facilities teams to set standards, resiliency models, and security controls across 20+ locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Unified Communications or Enterprise Voice engineering teams and owning platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architecture for enterprise voice, video, messaging, and A/V systems across the global footprint.
