Job summary

Zurich is inviting enthusiastic undergraduates to join our Underwriting Internship in Boston for Summer 2027. You will learn underwriting fundamentals, work with mentors, and contribute to real projects that support risk management and client relationships.

The program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a global insurance leader. Eligible candidates are pursuing a bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, or related fields and must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support pipeline management and underwriting operations activities.
• Participate in client, broker, and stakeholder meetings.
• Review loss summaries and assist with account analysis.
