Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and enrolled for Fall 2027
• Two or more years of college coursework (rising Junior or Senior)
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. indefinitely

Responsibilities

• Learn underwriting fundamentals through mentorship and hands-on training
• Support business unit financial reporting and analysis
• Assist with preparing financial and operational reports using underwriting and BI tools
• Support pipeline management and underwriting operations activities
• Participate in client, broker, and stakeholder meetings
• Review loss summaries and assist with account analysis
• Gain exposure to customer, broker, and partner relationships within the insurance industry
