Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Underwriting Account Executive in Colorado to lead the execution and servicing of assigned accounts from submission through binding and renewal. You will coordinate with brokers, underwriters, and clients to ensure accurate, timely placements that meet carrier requirements.

The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to support retention and growth across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in wholesale insurance, brokerage, or underwriting support.
• Experience managing accounts, marketing business, and placement activities.
• License required in applicable lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts from submission through binding with all required docs.
• Coordinate with brokers and underwriters for quotes and renewals.
• Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and exclusions.
• Prepare quotes and recommendations to support placement.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with agents and carriers.
