CRC Group in Pennsylvania is seeking an Underwriting Account Executive to lead the execution and servicing of assigned accounts, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to support placement, retention, and growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in wholesale insurance or underwriting support, with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to drive optimal placement and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressive experience in wholesale insurance, brokerage, or underwriting support roles (3+ years).
• Experience managing accounts, marketing business, and supporting placement activities.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage structures, and market dynamics.

Mansioni

• Manage accounts from submission through binding and documentation.
• Partner with brokers and underwriters to solicit, quote, and maintain new and renewal business.
• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers including pricing, deductibles, and exclusions.
• Prepare quotes, coverage comparisons, and recommendations for placement decisions.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain records and ongoing communication with agents, carriers, and internal teams.
