Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Underwriting Account Executive to lead the execution and servicing of assigned accounts from submission through binding and renewal. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders to support placement, retention, and growth while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of client and carrier requirements.

The position requires experience in wholesale insurance or underwriting support, strong knowledge of insurance products, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressive experience in wholesale insurance, brokerage, or underwriting support roles (typically 3+ years).
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage structures, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and servicing of assigned accounts across the full lifecycle from submission to renewal.
• Select carriers and manage marketing for assigned accounts; prepare quotes and recommendations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with agents, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely account activities.
