CRC Group is seeking an Underwriting Account Executive in the United States to lead the execution and servicing of assigned accounts, coordinating brokers, underwriters, and clients to support placement, retention, and growth. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in wholesale insurance or underwriting support, and an active state license.

You will manage lifecycle activities from submission to binding and work with carriers to optimize coverage and terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressive wholesale insurance experience (3+ years).
• Active state insurance license in applicable lines.
• Strong communication and negotiation with brokers and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts from submission to binding with required docs.
• Collaborate with brokers and underwriters to quote and place new business.
• Negotiate coverage terms including pricing, deductibles, and exclusions.
• Prepare quotes, comparisons, and recommendations for placement decisions.
• Process renewals and cancellations accurately while complying with guidelines.
• Maintain timely communication with agents and carriers.
• Support retention and growth strategies and manage workflow.
