Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
• Strong ability to manage field foremen and crews, providing direction and training.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is often required.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision and execution of underground utilities installation.
• Schedule and logistics planning for day-to-day operations and deliveries.
• Quality control to ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
• Enforce safety policies per OSHA standards and company programs.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and inspectors to meet milestones.
• Inspect progress and manage site logistics (fencing, erosion control, etc.).
