Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking an on-site Foreman to supervise underground utility crews, ensuring safe, efficient work aligned with project plans. You will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain precise site documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in underground utilities, strong leadership and blueprint-reading skills, and a commitment to safety and quality in all conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility experience (1+ year in a leadership role preferred).
• Strong understanding of utility installation methods and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of excavation, grading, utility installation and site layout.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and grade stakes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions.
• CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site crew activities.
• Oversee installation of storm, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
