Job summary

Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to various job sites, and report to the General Foreman.

Safety is a core focus, and you will supervise coaching and training of junior employees. The role requires five years of underground line experience, a valid CDL, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience required.
• Ability to lead a crew and conduct safety briefings.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites, including out-of-state.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Perform live line work with PPE and insulated tools.
