Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC seeks the Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. The role involves work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to job sites, and reporting to the General Foreman.

Candidates must have significant underground line experience, a CDL, and willingness to travel. The position emphasizes safety, on-site leadership, and hands-on management of projects and crews.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/cull heavy materials up to 50 pounds.
• Extended work in varying locations and hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform new construction, maintain and repair underground distribution systems while safety is the priority.
• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Coach and train lower classification employees in safe procedures.
• Oversee project work and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors; troubleshoot faults.
