Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety-focused Foreman to lead crews installing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. You will supervise work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to multiple job sites, and report to the General Foreman.

You will ensure quality, safety, and timely completion, while coaching junior staff and coordinating with project teams in dynamic field environments.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry/pull up to 50 pounds; extended field work.
• Willing to work outside normal hours and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct safety briefings.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Install/repair underground facilities and conductors.
• Perform live line work with PPE and insulated sticks.
• Coordinate switching, tagging, grounding procedures.
