Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. This role involves working with energized and de-energized lines, occasional out-of-state travel, and reporting to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include coaching junior staff, ensuring work quality and deadlines, and performing live line work with proper PPE and insulated sticks. Field conditions vary, including outages and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair underground distribution systems.
• Oversee safety briefings and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors.
• Perform live line work with PPE and insulated tools.
• Coordinate outages, storms, and emergency responses.
