Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety-focused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing electrical underground distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to job sites as needed, and report to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include overseeing safety briefings, coaching less experienced workers, maintaining project quality, and ensuring on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of recent underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew during construction, maintenance and repair of underground distribution systems.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings; coach and train less experienced workers.
• Oversee project quality and ensure deadlines are met; coordinate with supervisors.
• Perform live line work using PPE and insulated tools; operate excavation equipment as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and travel to different job sites, including out-of-state.
