Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑driven Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. The role involves work on energized and de-energized lines, with potential travel to out-of-state sites and reporting to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include directing crew activities, conducting safety briefings, coaching junior staff, and ensuring project quality and timely completion in varying environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work for extended periods at job locations, including out-of-state assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Perform construction, maintenance and repair of underground distribution systems.
• Oversee project work and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors; troubleshoot faults.
• Perform live-line work using approved PPE and insulated sticks.
