Job summary

Pike Electric, Inc. seeks a safety‑driven Foreman to lead a crew in building and repairing electrical underground distribution systems. You may work on energized or de‑energized lines and travel to multiple job sites, including out‑of‑state locations, as needed.

You will report to the General Foreman. Responsibilities include coaching crew, ensuring quality, and completing projects on time while following strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to perform construction, maintenance, and repair of underground distribution systems.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings with the crew.
• Oversee project work, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Perform live-line work using PPE and insulated tools as required.
• Coordinate with safety procedures for energized and de-energized lines.
