Job summary

MasTec Utility Services seeks a UGE Foreman to lead underground power distribution crews on field projects. You will read blueprints, supervise multiple crews, coordinate safety, scheduling, and logistics to ensure quality and timely completion.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of supervisory experience, 3+ years in heavy equipment/general construction, and a Class A CDL. Physical demands include working outdoors in varied weather and environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and general construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work related to each project and assume full responsibility for its quality and timeliness.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed according to MasTec or customer requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks for crew members including digging and placing product.
• Read blueprints and manage logistics, equipment, and crews to complete underground distribution work.
