Job summary

MasTec Utility Services is seeking a UGE Foreman to lead crews in the construction and maintenance of underground power lines. The role requires extensive knowledge of underground electrical distribution, crew management, and safety adherence on site.

You will read blueprints, coordinate resources, and train new hires while ensuring production efficiency and quality. A Class A CDL is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and general construction.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Class A CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work related to each project and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks for crew members.
• Read blueprints and manage distribution of underground power lines.
• Train new hires and trainees to learn the trade.
• Call in utilities located at each project site.
