Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and general construction.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underground streetlight installation and repair crews.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and safety standards are in place.
• Coordinate daily tasks and supervise crew performance.
• Train new hires and ensure safety training is followed.
• Call in utilities at project sites and manage equipment movement.
