Job summary

MasTec Utility Services is seeking a UGE Foreman to lead crews in the construction and maintenance of underground power lines from plant/station to meter base. You will read blueprints, manage production, and ensure safety across the Line team, collaborating with other departments.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a CDL Class A license, with field-based work and physical demands typical of utility construction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and general construction.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• CDL Class A license is required.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and secure permits and licenses.
• Oversee project quality and timeliness.
• Ensure safety standards and conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate daily tasks for crew during digging and installation.
• Operate equipment as needed and train new hires.
• Coordinate utility calls to locate lines.
