The University of Oklahoma is seeking an Office Assistant to support the South Central Climate Adaptation Science Center with a range of administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Office Manager and CASC staff to facilitate meetings, manage records, and coordinate communications.
Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines while using Microsoft 365 and Google Suite. This role is located on campus and involves light event support and light lifting.
Targeted salary of $15.00/hour, based on education and experience.

The Office Assistant will work with the Office Manager and other South Central Climate Adaptation Science Center (CASC) staff to assist in administrative duties at the South Central CASC. The South Central CASC is a science organization that works with decision makers across the south-central US, providing learning opportunities, technical assistance, science translation, data and tools, and other information to help build more resilient ecosystems and communities. This position is ideal for a student keen to develop professional skills and enthusiastic to be a part of a collaborative office environment.
Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma.
