Job summary

Princeton University’s University Center for Human Values (UCHV) seeks an Undergraduate/Graduate Administrator to manage all aspects of undergrad and graduate programming and course administration. The role reports to the Assistant Director and Director and requires independent judgment and collaboration with multiple program directors.

Primary duties include overseeing the VPL minor, HVF, prize funding processes, fellowship administration, and coordinating graduate seminars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively with faculty, students, staff.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment with careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee UCHV undergraduate programming: recruitment, applications, enrollment, and events.
  • Support graduate and early-career programming, including fellowships and seminars.
  • Manage undergraduate and graduate course administration and scheduling deadlines.
  • Coordinate preceptors and inform faculty/researchers of course requirements.
