Responsibilities

• Advise the Director of Graduate Studies on academic policy matters and guidance for student matters.
• Oversee creation, implementation, and compliance for academic policies for 200+ graduate students.
• Manage onboarding and lab joining process for first-year cohort; coordinate adviser and committee requests.
• Plan and manage graduate program events, including milestones and travel arrangements.
• Maintain training tracking and coordinate with EHS and other campus offices on safety trainings.
