• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in student development, community engagement, or volunteer management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment, training, and evaluation of student leaders for assigned tracks.
• Co-facilitate workshops and reflection opportunities to deepen leadership development and ethical engagement.
• Oversee program logistics, GivePulse data, and volunteer onboarding tools.
• Coordinate partnerships with community partners and university offices to align program activities with Madison House priorities.
• Supervise Graduate Advising Fellows and provide professional development.
• Support inclusive and accessible program operations and volunteer pathways.
