Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in higher education, project management, and event planning.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Advanced user of Google Suite applications, including Forms, Sheets, and Docs, as well as Outlook Mail and Calendar, Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Quick to learn new software programs supporting student applications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event planning for Princeton Research Day and manage timelines.
  • Liaise with sponsors, presenters, attendees; share updates and links.
  • Support presenter applications, recruitment and communications; prepare presenter report.
  • Manage poster printing, room reservations, AV, and registration links.
  • Coordinate printing and delivery with Print & Mail; ensure timely production.
  • Oversee registration check‑in and day‑of event operations.
  • Support Summer Internships (OURSIP & OURFIP) and SRC events.
