Job summary

Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, seeks an Admissions Counselor to join the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned first-year recruitment territory and meet enrollment goals.
• Represent Stevens at high schools, college fairs, campus events, and virtual programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, counselors, partners, and alumni.
• Counsel prospective students and families via email, phone, virtual appointments, and in-person meetings.
• Review undergraduate applications holistically and make admissions recommendations.
• Utilize Slate CRM to manage communications, recruitment activities, and applications.
• Travel extensively throughout assigned recruitment territories during peak seasons.
• Support recruitment initiatives for special populations and collaboratives as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Undergraduate Admissions and campus partners to ensure a seamless experience for applicants.
