• Knowledge of federal/state laws and rules governing financial aid.
• Experience with federal databases and PowerFAIDS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management, awarding, reporting, and reconciliation of financial aid programs.
• Support compliance monitoring in the financial aid management system and streamline operations.
• Manage pre-college aid eligibility and awarding processes.
• Counsel students and families regarding financial aid and planning.
• Perform Title IV verification and professional judgment reviews.
• Hire and supervise student workers; provide staff training as needed.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Student Enrollment Services for bundled counseling.
