Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop the vision and future direction for the Office of Residence Life.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and discipline.
• Manage Stevens dining program and liaison with vendor.
• Lead strategic planning for Residence Life and Dining.
• Respond to crises and participate in 24/7 crisis rotation.
• Develop and manage housing selection process.
• Collaborate with campus departments to enhance residential experience.
