Responsibilities

• Provide generalist legal services across employment, labor, contracts, litigation, regulatory compliance and data privacy/IT.
• Advise on matters related to athletics, student affairs, and 501(c)(3) fundraising law.
• Develop and negotiate contracts and agreements; handle risk assessment and regulatory issues.
