Job summary

Adult Correction is seeking an Administrative Supervisor (S) to lead the Receipts and Reporting Unit in NC. The role oversees cash, securities, and safe deposit content, ensuring data quality and timely processing.

You will develop staff, publish resources, and coordinate program activities including special projects and annual listings. Strong data analysis, Excel skills, and independent decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of item tracking programs such as Excel.
• Ability to extract data and perform data analysis.
• Experience solving problems independently and making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Receipts and Reporting Unit operations across cash, securities, and safe deposit contents.
• Supervise staff, set expectations, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain and publish unclaimed property reporting resources and holder content.
• Monitor vendor performance and review invoices for accuracy.
• Prepare management reports and coordinate program activities, incl. NCCash outreach and COOP duties.
