The North Carolina Department of State Treasurer is seeking a Receipts and Reporting Supervisor to oversee the unit’s daily operations, including cash, securities, and safe deposit box processing, and to ensure timely data posting and reporting.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, training, and development, along with preparing management reports and coordinating outreach activities such as NCCash and other program initiatives. Hybrid telework is available.

Competenze

• Working knowledge of item tracking programs such as Excel.
• Ability to extract data and perform data analysis.
• Experience researching and resolving problems to make independent decisions.

Mansioni

• Lead daily Receipts and Reporting Unit operations across cash, securities, and safe deposit box contents.
• Supervise and develop unit staff by setting expectations, conducting performance reviews and quality checks, providing coaching.
• Prepare management reports and coordinate key program activities including NCCash outreach and COOP responsibilities.
